Our rooms now completely refurbished are comfortable and bright and Homely with Free Wifi, Tea making facilities and Freeview in all our rooms. We are situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from the award winning sandy beaches with a 7 / 8 minute stroll to the Town Centre or Pier with award winning amazing gardens. Beam Guest House is also ideally located for visiting locations of interest such as Colchester a 20 minute drive being the oldest recorded town in the UK, we are also 35 minute drive to Ipswich with a great shopping Centre with both old & new shops to be discovered.
